Civil Department Estimated Advance Deposits

The Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court must collect fees on new suits for other agencies, which fees are comprised of the following: 17th Judicial District Court Fund- $10.00, Judges Supplemental Compensation Fund- $24.00, Judicial College Fund- $0.50 and Supreme Court Reporting Fee- $1.50. The Clerk of Court may also have to collect additional fees for entities/agencies on subsequent filings. Please request detailed explanation from the Civil Intake Department.
