The Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday commencing March 24, 2020. Clerk business will be conducted outside the door of the Courthouse Annex Building.
The issuance of birth/death certificates and passports have been suspended until further notice. We encourage the public to call before coming to the Courthouse Annex Building for service at (985)447-4841.
We will waive all fax filings fees until April 12, 2020 and encourage attorneys to fax their pleadings to (985)447-5800. There will be a drop box for filings outside of the Annex building during those hours to limit the person to person contact.
