Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court’s office will continue to offer certified copies of birth and death certificates. Effective Monday, August 1, 2016 fees for services will be as follows:
Birth Certificate: $34.00
Birth Certificate/Birth Card Bundle: $48.00
Death Certificate: $26.00

Certified copies of birth and death certificates are available at Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court’s office located at 303 West Third Street, Thibodaux, LA. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Requestors must present a valid ID to obtain a copy.
