The Clerk of Court is an acceptance
agent for first time Passport applications.
Applications
for renewals and amendments may be obtained from our
office.

Documents needed to obtain a
passport:
Certified Copy of applicant’s birth certificate
or previous passport, valid driver’s license and 2 (2x2)
passport photos.
For Children under the age of 16, both
parents and child must appear to apply for the passport (if
one parent is unable to appear please see website for further
details, travel.state.gov). For children 16 thru 17 years of
age one parent and child must appear.
Currently the turn around
period for regular services is 4-6 weeks and expedited
services is 2-3 weeks. |
